Here’s the problem with typical advice available today. Most training “experts” for our business, in fact all of the ones I can think of, have either never been in the mortgage business, or if they were never reached a level of success. I believe strongly in this thought:

I think to be a great teacher who inspires people I have to have “walked a mile in their shoes.” Let me assure you I have walked many miles in this business, and have been blessed with significant success.  My legacy project is to leave this business better then I found it.  I can only think of one way to do that, operating from a position of abundance, I share everything I know with those who are ready to implement it.

180 University is much more than just an education. We also focus on action and interaction. Taking action is the only way you’ll get any benefit from the course.  We try to make that easy with next action steps and time to implement before the next course is delivered.  Essentially in this first session I am experimenting.  Instead of just opening up the course and putting all the modules up for you to pick and choose which ones to view and work with we are going to bring them in one at a time approximately every week.  The thinking is that if we put them all up then our experience shows that people tend to get overwhelmed watching a few or all of the lessons and then tend to over think which ones to get implemented.

I know nothing happens until I implement my ideas, so we are going to do as much as possible including regular reminders and offers for support in between sessions.

The course is 3 months and is delivered through video complete with all the downloads you need for the materials mentioned in the lesson. The lessons are self-paced, but we’ll also put you on a schedule if you need reminders to keep moving. The First Module of content will be available to you right after registering so you can get started.

Module One: Planning for My Success

  • I think we should start you off on the right foot
  • Download the super popular “Planning and Analytics tool”
  • Watch the video on EXACTLY how to complete it and to start a habit of using it everyday
  • At the end of this module, you will have the peace of mind, as well as the excitement of course, of knowing EXACTLY what you will be doing every single month for the balance of the year.  Imagine the comfort you will have when you know your business is planned for the year, and all the numbers you need to reach your volume and money targets are right in front of you EVERY DAY!
  • I will also give you screen shots of my Plan for my team, so if you are stuck and you want ideas on what you could be implementing then you will know what the big guys are doing :-)

Module Two: Database, Let’s get this puppy DELIVERING business!

  • Discussion over getting business from your database.  If you are newer and don’t have a large database yet, don’t worry this module is still for you.  I will show you how to use other people’s databases with these techniques and get BUSINESS flowing.
  • The action letters I use every month, including the ones I have used so far this year so you can pick and choose which one to tweak and implement

Module Five: Build your Business with Builders

  • Many Mortgage Brokers pass over builders for many stories they tell themselves.  That’s because they don’t use my ideas on how to get not just one or two sales reps in a show home giving you business, rather the entire company!
  • I just closed a new builder in my business that does 250 new home a year.  I created a program where the sales reps have no choice but to use me AND my chosen Realtor partner.  How much do you think my Realtors love me when I include them in these deals and win business for them? Yup, they do.  Hint, this is one of the ways I get them to pay for lunch :-)

Module Six: Capitalize on all those Divorces

  • Learn how to approach Family Counsellors, mediators, divorce attorneys, and through your on-line efforts to win business from people going through a divorce
  • Often you can get more then one deal out of each divorce.
  • We have all seen how many mistakes people make when they are not thinking rationally or clearly due to the emotional strain of a divorce, help them BEFORE they make mistakes and you have a loyal referring client
  • By the way here is another area where you can send business to your Realtor partners :-)

Module Seven: Financial Planners, yes there is a way to help them to.

  • I will show you a sure fire method to get them to build your database for you.  hint: see module three above.  LOL.  Ok, yes you can adopt their clients, but my experience is they don’t hand their clients over very willingly.  I find you have to twist their arm a bit, I’ll teach you how to do that.

Module Eight: The MAC DADDY MODULE!

  • How to implement an incredibly lucrative Employee Mortgage and Real Estate Program.  I just landed a company in my town who manages the employee benefits for 600 companies in Alberta using my formula. Yes that is 600 companies with TWO zero’s
  • I will lay it all out for you and include you in my branded program if you like (only available to my members).
