As I grow in my business I go through four very distinct phases, with four definite walls I will hit as I grow.
It is at these walls that I generally struggle to make the required changes I need in order to get through the wall. 180 Degrees coaching was born for this very reason. To help you recognize you are at the wall and need to change, and to help guide you through the change, all the while led by people who have already navigated that journey.
A common mistake many new business people make, is not recognizing their growth is already charted for them just like a road map. You are not “blazing your own trail” , or in “uncharted waters”. Many people have navigated the journey of successful growth in your industry before you and they have left a map. Your challenge is to follow this map to get to your chosen destination quicker and with less frustration. Even better yet at 180 Degrees Coaching we will even provide you with a navigator to help you interpret the map. How good is that?
The second most common mistake is trying to take a shortcut. You know what happens when you have been presented a proven map to get to a destination you have not been to before and you decide to take a shortcut, often you get lost. Stay on the map given to you and listen to the guidance offered by your navigator and you will get to the destination you want, we promise!
