Entrepreneur 180

The defining moment in this part of the journey is recognizing your dollar per hour cost to your business.  Once you have realized that you are earning say $50, $75, $100 or more per hour you need to ask yourself, “should I be doing this administrative activity in my business or could I outsource this at a much cheaper cost say $12 – $15 per hour”?

The second epiphany you will have in this phase of your journey is that you are working to your absolute maximum output and yet you cannot seem to grow your numbers.  In some cases you actually may see some of your business drop off.

Sadly often while struggling at the wall between a successful “self 180” and “entrepreneur 180” you realize your life is passing you by.  Maybe your health is diminishing, or maybe your relationships with those most important to you have taken a back seat to your “important” business, which left unchecked could lead to some of those people giving up on you.

"While on the coaching program with Greg I felt my confidence rise. I have also learned so much about the business we are in. Now I know our dreams are realistic, and that we have the tools available to achieve even bigger dreams and goals."

- Sylvie Ann Messer, Key Mortgage Solutions

"My one on one session went well today. We went through my thought process, what are the things that satisfies me and what are the things that hold me back from being in the place that I’m most productive and happy. Now that we got through the self realization stage, it’s time to get the hard work completed!"

- Ted Evens, TMG – The Mortgage Group

"Greg, thanks for the 2 great webinars this AM. VERY good information. My only regret is that I wasn’t doing this coaching with you a couple of years ago! I truly believe that this will make a huge difference in my business going forward. Thanks again!"

- Pamela Wyant, Invis

"Excellent session, it reminds me of a great quote, “The difference between a good idea and a great idea is the follow through." Greg’s ideas lay the foundation for the follow through"

- Daryl Harris, VERICO One-Link Mortgage
