Entrepreneur 180
The defining moment in this part of the journey is recognizing your dollar per hour cost to your business. Once you have realized that you are earning say $50, $75, $100 or more per hour you need to ask yourself, “should I be doing this administrative activity in my business or could I outsource this at a much cheaper cost say $12 – $15 per hour”?
The second epiphany you will have in this phase of your journey is that you are working to your absolute maximum output and yet you cannot seem to grow your numbers. In some cases you actually may see some of your business drop off.
Sadly often while struggling at the wall between a successful “self 180” and “entrepreneur 180” you realize your life is passing you by. Maybe your health is diminishing, or maybe your relationships with those most important to you have taken a back seat to your “important” business, which left unchecked could lead to some of those people giving up on you.
