Greg’s Ultimate Journey
I have a CRITICAL question as 2011 is now upon us.
What makes the difference between those who achieve and those who do not?
I get frustrated when I am not achieving the goals and milestones that I said I was going to do. Recently after reading Tim Ferris’ new book “The Four Hour Body” I had a big insight in how people can better achieve.
I think in order for me to achieve my big goals I must have two things in place
- I must frame my goals as “must-haves” not “nice to haves”
- I must commit to consistent tracking
The first one I think is the biggest “aha” moment I have had about goal achievement. I think that most people have insufficient motivation or lack a compelling enough reason to achieve big goals. I think, or more aptly put, I have been taught, that in order to achieve I must have a real clear idea of where I am going, what it will feel like etc. when I get there. Don’t get me wrong I believe it is an important element of goal achievement to clearly know where I am going, but if the goal is BIG I need to be moving away from a pain point.
Maybe I am tired of the plateauing results I have been getting, maybe the money I am making is not enough to provide security for me and my family, or maybe I am simply tired of not achieving what I say I want.
The second point was about a consistent tracking mechanism. I have spent considerable time creating a complete planning AND tracking system that merges these two concepts together. I think in order to achieve I need to be continually reminded about what I need to do in order to achieve what I say I want. The planning and analytics app I built does this, and does it very well.
I start out with setting my income goal, let’s face it, everything starts and ends there when setting targets for my business. Once I do that a process is created for how many leads, applications, and calls I need to make in order to achieve that target. Then those leads, applications, and calls are broken down all the way to how many of each i need to do EVERY day to get to my goal. This is powerful. I now show up every day knowing exactly what I need to deliver to get to my BIG goal.
If that was it, it would be still a powerful app but I also merged in all of the planning into the tool so again every day I know exactly what objectives, milestones, and benchmarks I agreed to with myself EVERY day.
15 Minutes per Day.
Will you spend 15 minutes per day to ensure your success at achieving? The app has been built that it is powerful yet simple. 15 minutes per day is all you need in order to update your leads, applications, and calls you achieved, and to review your objectives from the week and prioritize them into which days in the week you commit to getting them done. Simple Yes. Powerful, you bet!
What the journey is NOT!
This is not a program where you just blindly follow me and do everyone thing that I do. Of course you will learn some techniques, tactics, and likely will use some of the many apps I build to support my unique programs at generating a referral based business, but I know that you also have things that you do. This program is about ACHIEVING what YOU say YOU want. I will help keep you on track, hold you accountable, and as mentioned will certainly share EVERYTHING that I am doing that i think you will find valuable.
Here is a sampling of the referral programs that you will learn about?
- Database. Database. Database. I think most people do not have a consistent database program that is generated to DRIVE business. What you will learn on my journey is how to quickly EXPLODE your database (I have 5,000 names and e-mails in my database) I will show you how to build it fast. Then I will share my regular mailings, renewal program, and annual review process complete with all the scripts. Yes, on my journey you call the clients in your database, that is how you generate business.
- The Inflation Hedge Mortgage strategy is arguable my most popular selling tool. I am building an on-line app that will make your closing efforts incredibly powerful, and most importantly explode your “Adopt my Mortgage” program, and generate business out of your database with your past clients.
- Realtors. I love Realtors. They have the gold. On my journey I will spend a lot of time empowering and inspiring you to take the leadership position with Realtors and bring them real value and best of all the thing they want the most of, REFERRALS! Imagine how many Realtors would love you when you are consistently supplying them with leads?
- Buyer Protection Plan I am not sure where the market is heading, I am as confused as anyone. I know this though I always want to ensure I am prepared for what might be a lacklustre year. The Realtors I work with I will empower them to prepare as well. You can watch how I do that.
- Builders App. I am currently in development of a wicked builder program that is not only incredibly lucrative, but also one of the key components of my synchronized plan to help Realtors. You can watch me create and launch this new app. I am certain it will help you with the builders in your market as well.
- Employee Mortgage Programs. Many people have thought of this idea, many people have tried them. I have the recipe I think that may turn out to be the biggest component of my lead generation this year. I am super excited about this program and I am in the process of creating the supporting mortgage programs, and the value proposition. You can watch me create it, join me in prototyping it, and of course enjoy an exponential growth in your database, and subsequently your business.
- Fresh Start Divorce Programs I have done well in my career with this program, I think I am going to do better. I am working on an alliance and some special mortgage programs.
- Financial Planners. There is a right way, and a wrong way to deal with these professionals. I think my way is one of the right ways. We will work on a program for them that is designed to again make my database grow “while I sleep”
I am in a constant state of innovation and I am certain there will be more ideas and programs we will work on over the year as they arise. Remember, these are the things I am doing, and of course you may decide that there is a fit with some or all of them. Great! I am also aware that part of my responsibility is to provide the accountability and the encouragement to achieve your ideas as well as mine
Why should I follow You?
Hopefully at this time you see that being a part of an elite group of mortgage professionals who are committing to ACHIEVING everything they say they want is enough. The last time I focussed on building a mortgage team I got the volume to over $225 million. I am on my way back there. I think it would be valuable if you came along.
If you are TRULY committed to making 2011 your breakthrough year, check out this incredible journey.
Your Simple Action Plan for Rapidly Multiplying Your Results and ACHIEVING All of Your Goals Easier Then You Thought Possible,
Starts Right Here
I think Success isn’t a mansion and a fancy car. Success is living the life I want and doing the work I’m best at doing with the people I know will help me reach the next level. Success means working on projects that I know will fulfill a deep felt passion within me, and yet, will feed my family.
Success is knowing that I’ve built a thriving network of people who all work hard to grow each other’s capabilities. Success means finding a next angle and vectoring my efforts towards growing that out. Success means having the means and capability to make better decisions. Success means getting home in time for dinner. Success means leaving the house when I want to, and staying home with the kids when I want to, all while making a future for my family.
Are you working on your chance at being a success?
How much does this cost?
Greg’s Ultimate Journey cost is $580 per month payable on a month to month basis with no contract or set term. Of course I don’t have to tell you the annual cost of all this support, training, and proven strategies is the commission on 2-3 deals in a year. I like to think in this way, and I suspect you would to. If I don’t think the support, training, accountability and the tools does not produce a minimum of 3 deals a year, then I likely should not join. The truth is that if I want to hit my goals, and they are certainly more then three deal growth then I am better off being a part of something like this, then flying solo.
