1) Peer Group Support

You will be placed in a group of people who are where you are at and facing the same challenges and opportunities to get where you want to go.  You will not have anyone else from your trading area in your group.  The safety of this forum will allow you to share your challenges, and your opportunities and get feedback from your peers who have either already faced the same thing or are about to.

You will have 4 hours per month of facilitated forum group meetings per month.

2) Certified Leadership Coach

You will be led in this group by a certified business and leadership coach.  Their role is to facilitate the group agenda to ensure not only that everyone get’s equal opportunity to express their ideas, but that everyone is also well supported, and always “Stepping UP”, and playing their bigger game.

Let’s face it, Change is difficult.  Lasting change is rare. Valuable change requires the outside perspective of a professional certified coach to see the blindspots that you can’t.

You will have a minimum of 1 hour of one on one private coaching from your coach per month.  This time is spent ensuring we take down the barriers for you to play BIG, and ultimately encourage you to not play your small game.  Finally, you will also have unlimited “calls at the wall”.  These calls are meant to serve you when you need it most, when you are at the wall, and need a helping hand to get you through the issue.

3) Mentorship

Your mentors will share their own secrets and strategies along with their collateral material where applicable during our regular “Playing Bigger Webinars”.

All this support and mentorship for $580 per month

In order to make the decision we recommend doing two things.  One, take the cost per month of the group you will be in and multiply it by 12 to get your annual cost.  Then divide that number by your average mortgage commission.  That will tell you how many additional mortgages you will need to do as a result of your membership in Forum 180.

Example:

$580 per month is $6,960 per year.  If your average mortgage commission is $1,500 then do the math and determine how many mortgages per year your coaching, mentoring, and support will take.  In most markets that is around 3-5 mortgages per year.  Is it worth it?  You decide, but our program is about hyper growth and selling results.  Getting to that next level that you aspire is the goal, so don’t underestimate the cost of not growing and not getting to your next level.
