All this support and mentorship for $180 per month

In order to make the decision we recommend doing two things.  One, take the cost per month of the group you will be in and multiply it by 12 to get your annual cost.  Then divide that number by your average mortgage commission.  That will tell you how many additional mortgages you will need to do as a result of your membership in 180 Degrees Coaching.

Example:

$180 per month is $2,160 per year.  If your average mortgage commission is $1,500 then do the math and determine how many mortgages per year your coaching, mentoring, and support will take.  In most markets that is around 1 additional mortgage commission per year.  Is it worth it?  You decide, but our program is about hyper growth and selling results.  Getting to that next level that you aspire is the goal, so don’t underestimate the cost of not growing and not getting to your next level.

The second thing to consider is initially don’t look at this as a $2,160 decision, but rather as a $540 decision.  Unlike other sales coaching/mentoring organizations we do not insist on you signing an annual contract.  In fact we don’t ever make you sign a contract you simply are required to make a three month at a time financial commitment.  If you do not see the results then you don’t renew, simple as that.  This structure also ensures we don’t get complacent and that we are always delivering results and staying fresh for you.  So, now we are down to can you make ONE mortgage in the next three months to pay for all this support, content and exclusive products for the rest of the year?
